I don't think I'm hip enough to get a lot of the Get Fuzzy story lines, but Friday and today's strips had me in stitches:

Walking from my bus to work this morning I overheard a couple construction workers discussing their project:

• CW1: As long as it's not too crooked. You know what I mean.
• CW2: Well, how crooked is crooked?

I think most of the fun of overhearing this was that I had no idea what wasn't supposed to be crooked.

My friend Keith needed help with his sermon (I highly doubt this premise) for Sunday and opened the doors to hacks like me to offer their ideas about people in the Bible who were "in process." I tried adding my comment to his blog, but was soundly denied by Live.com's feeble attempt at a blog engine, so I posted my response here.

After many years and realizing when I laughed at the "Shoemaker's children always go barefoot" jokes, I was laughing at myself, I finally converted the stalwart sphericalcow.net site to one of these snazzy blogging type sites that are a little easier to maintain.
